    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive tracking details via email or WhatsApp for your convenience.
  5. Damage During Delivery:
    • In the unlikely event of damage during delivery, please inspect your furniture upon arrival. If you find any damage, notify us immediately upon delivery. Our team will arrange for repair or replacement as required.

    • Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of placement. After this period, cancellations will not be entertained as production begins immediately.

Refunds Policy

At Apnafurniture.pk, each piece of furniture is made-to-order, tailored specifically to meet your requirements. Therefore, we do not offer returns or refunds on custom-made products.

However, we take full responsibility for:
