    The chair is comfortable, but lacks proper tilt control. You can lock at at 90 degree but you can't recline and then lock it in a reclined state. The headrest is super finicky and fragile and lack any adjustment aside from heigh, which is also not held in place properly so you can easily and fall out of the set heigh very often. The lumbar support is fine but a little uncomfortable, I wish it was removable so you could remove it when it started getting uncomfortable. Also if you want a chair where only the back reclines this isn't it, was a bit disappointed when I realized it was one of the chairs that reclines the seat as well as the back, super uncomfortable, not a huge fan; I just avoid using the recline all together. The armrests while not padded are super comfortable and if you like low armrests you'll like this.
